Do you charge for claim assistance?

What is Xactimate and why does it matter?
Xactimate is the line-item estimating software most insurance carriers use to price a claim. Because we estimate in the same system, our scope can be compared directly against the carrier's, line by line — which makes it far harder for legitimate items to be quietly left out.
Can you help if I already started a claim on my own?
